Step 1
Melt
NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels (1 cup)
and
Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp)
over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring after every minute until smooth.
Step 2
Cut
Bananas (3)
in half and pop them onto a popsicle stick. Dip the banana halves into the melted chocolate and place them onto a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with
Sliced Almonds (1 handful)
and
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (to taste)
.
Step 3
Freeze for at least an hour. The longer they freeze the harder they become. If left overnight, make sure to let sit at room temperature for a bit, otherwise they’ll be too hard to bite into!
