Wash Dried Chickpeas (1 cup) well and soak it in enough water overnight. Pressure cook the chickpea in enough Water (to taste) adding Ground Turmeric (1/4 tsp). Once the chickpea is cooked well strain off the excess water.

Chop Onion (1), Green Chili Peppers (2), Tomato (1), and Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp).
