Wash Dried Chickpeas (1 cup) well and soak it in enough water overnight. Pressure cook the chickpea in enough Water (to taste) adding Ground Turmeric (1/4 teaspoon). Once the chickpea is cooked well strain off the excess water.
Chop Onion (1), Green Chili Pepper (2), Tomato (1), and Fresh Cilantro (1 tablespoon).
To the cooked chickpea, add onion, green chili, tomato, Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), coriander, Lime Juice (1 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), and Salt (to taste). Combine well and serve.
