Step 1
Wash
Dried Chickpeas (1 cup)
well and soak it in enough water overnight. Pressure cook the chickpea in enough
Water (to taste)
adding
Ground Turmeric (1/4 tsp)
. Once the chickpea is cooked well strain off the excess water.
Step 2
Chop
Onion (1)

Green Chili Pepper (2)
,
Tomato (1)
, and
Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
To the cooked chickpea, add onion, green chili, tomato,
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
, coriander, juice from
Lime (1/2)
,
Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
, and
Salt (to taste)
. Combine well and serve.
