Wash Dried Chickpeas (1 cup) well and soak it in enough water overnight. Pressure cook the chickpea in enough Water (to taste) adding Ground Turmeric (as needed). Once the chickpea is cooked well strain off the excess water.

Chop Onion (1), Green Chili Peppers (2), Tomato (1), and Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp).
