In a large bowl, whisk Pistachios (1/2 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Protein Powder (1 scoop), Baking Powder (1 tsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp).

Add Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and Milk (1 cup) and whisk until combined.

Put the mixture one scoop of a time on a heated pan and cook for both sides. Serve and enjoy!
