1/2 Tbsp

Preheat waffle maker.
Step 2
Whisk Acorn Flour (1/2 cup) , All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Add Milk (1 cup) , Egg (1) , and Oil (3 Tbsp) and whisk just until incorporated.
Step 4
Pour about a half cup of batter onto waffle iron. Cook until done.
Step 5
Enjoy with pure maple syrup or peanut butter and bananas if preferred. Serve and enjoy!
