Preheat waffle maker.
Whisk Acorn Flour (1/2 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Granulated Sugar (2 teaspoon).
Add Milk (1 cup), Egg (1), and Oil (3 tablespoon) and whisk just until incorporated.
Pour about a half cup of batter onto waffle iron. Cook until done.
Enjoy with pure maple syrup or peanut butter and bananas if preferred. Serve and enjoy!
