Add Onion (1/4) and saute it in a skillet with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 teaspoon) until soft.
Add the Ground Lean Pork (150 gram), season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and cook on medium for 3 to 5 min or until meat is half cooked.
Pour in Dry White Wine (1/4 cup) and let the liquid evaporate. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Meanwhile, spiralize the Zucchini (1) into noodles and add them to the skillet with the ground pork together with Zucchini Pesto (2 tablespoon). Stir until the zoodles are well coated. Add some ground black pepper.
And plate them adding some Fresh Basil (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
