Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil or a silicone baking mat and give it a light coat of Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste).
Step 2
Place the Cauliflower Florets (1/2 cup) onto the prepared baking sheet and transfer to the preheated oven to roast the cauliflower for about 10 minutes; flipping over about halfway through cooking. Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Step 3
Lightly coat a small cast iron or oven-safe skillet with Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste).
Step 4
Transfer the roasted cauliflower to the skillet and top with the Bacon Bits (2 tablespoon), Goat Cheese (1 tablespoon), Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1 tablespoon), and Spinach Pesto (2 tablespoon).
Step 5
Finally, pour in the beaten Egg (2) and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Place in the oven to bake for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Carefully remove from the oven and enjoy right away!
