Step 1
Pressure cook the
Green Peas (1 cup)
, adding
Ground Turmeric (1 pinch)
,
Garam Masala (1/4 tsp)
, and
Salt (to taste)
. Do not over cook and make it mushy.
Step 2
In a pan, pour
Coconut Oil (as needed)
and add
Onion (1)
and
Green Chili Pepper (2)
. Once the onion becomes soft add
Tomatoes (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
Add the
Eggs (2)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
and
Salt (to taste)
. Scramble the eggs. Do not wait until it becomes completely dry.
Step 4
Once the three fourth of the eggs are scrambled add the cooked green peas and combine well. Add
Garam Masala (1/4 tsp)
and combine well.
Step 5
Serve with more chopped onion and
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
