Pressure cook the Green Peas (1 cup), adding Ground Turmeric (1 pinch), Garam Masala (1/4 teaspoon), and Salt (to taste). Do not over cook and make it mushy.
To a pan, pour Coconut Oil (to taste) and add Onion (1) and Green Chili Pepper (2). Once the onion becomes soft add Tomato (1 tablespoon).
Add the Egg (2), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon) and Salt (to taste). Scramble the eggs. Do not wait until it becomes completely dry.
Once the three fourth of the eggs are scrambled add the cooked green peas and combine well. Add Garam Masala (1/4 teaspoon) and combine well.
Serve with more chopped onion and Fresh Cilantro (to taste).
