Cook 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1.5 lb) in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add Salt (as needed) and Ground Black Pepper (as needed). Cook until brown throughout, breaking apart into smaller pieces, about 8 min.

Add Taco Seasoning (2 Tbsp) and Water (4 Tbsp). Stir in well and cook for about 1 more minute. Remove from heat.

Mix Romaine Lettuce (4 cups), Corn Chips (2 cups), Pickles (3/4 cup), Pickled Jalapeño Pepper (1/2 cup), French Salad Dressing (4 Tbsp), Ranch Dressing (2 Tbsp) and cooked beef in a large bowl. Use a large serving spoon or tongues to plate on dishes.
