Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk the Large Egg (2) until smooth.
Step 3
In a large bowl mix, the 85/15 Lean Ground Beef (1 pound), Ground Pork (1 pound), Onion (3/4 cup), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup), Seasoned Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), Fresh Parsley (2 tablespoon), Salt (1 1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), and beaten eggs.
Step 4
Form into 2-3" balls and place them into an oven skillet.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Remove pan from the oven and turn off the oven. Add Pasta Sauce (26 ounce) and Heavy Cream (1/4 cup) to the skillet, stir, and return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until ready to eat.
Step 7
Top with extra grated parmesan cheese before serving. Can be served on a hoagie roll for meatball subs, with pasta for spaghetti and meatballs, or just as they are, simple and perfect.
