Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk the
Large Eggs (2)
until smooth.

In a large bowl mix, the
85/15 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb)
,
Ground Pork (1 lb)
,
Onions (3/4 cup)
,
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
,
Seasoned Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
,
Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
, and beaten eggs.
Step 4
Form into 2-3" balls and place them into an oven skillet.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Remove pan from the oven and turn off the oven. Add
Pasta Sauce (2 1/2 cups)
and
Heavy Cream (1/4 cup)
to the skillet, stir, and return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until ready to eat.
Step 7
Top with extra grated parmesan cheese before serving. Can be served on a hoagie roll for meatball subs, with pasta for spaghetti and meatballs, or just as they are, simple and perfect.
