In a large bowl mix, the 85/15 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb), Ground Pork (1 lb), Onion (3/4 cup), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup), Seasoned Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), and beaten eggs.

Form into 2-3" balls and place them into an oven skillet.

Remove pan from the oven and turn off the oven. Add RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce (2 1/2 cups) and Heavy Cream (1/4 cup) to the skillet, stir, and return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until ready to eat.

Top with extra grated parmesan cheese before serving. Can be served on a hoagie roll for meatball subs, with pasta for spaghetti and meatballs, or just as they are, simple and perfect.
