Meatballs in Tomato-Cream Sauce

85/15 Lean Ground Beef

Ground Pork

Pasta Sauce

Heavy Cream

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a small bowl, whisk the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) until smooth.

In a large bowl mix, the 85/15 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) , Ground Pork (1 lb) , Onions (3/4 cup) , Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) , Seasoned Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) , Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp) , Salt (2 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (as needed) , and beaten eggs.

Form into 2-3" balls and place them into an oven skillet.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

Remove pan from the oven and turn off the oven. Add Pasta Sauce (2 1/2 cups) and Heavy Cream (4 Tbsp) to the skillet, stir, and return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until ready to eat.

Top with extra grated parmesan cheese before serving. Can be served on a hoagie roll for meatball subs, with pasta for spaghetti and meatballs, or just as they are, simple and perfect.
