Green Cabbage (4 cups)
Red Bell Pepper (1)
Distilled White Vinegar (1/4 cup)
Water (2 Tbsp)
Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
Celery Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon or spatula until everything is incorporated together.
Serve as a side dish, or as a topping on a sandwich, hamburger, etc. Refrigerate if not using right away.
