Step 1
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix Egg (2), Coffee (50 milliliter), Milk (50 milliliter), and Vegetable Oil (80 milliliter) together, set aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients, All-Purpose Flour (200 gram), Granulated Sugar (90 gram), and Baking Powder (2 1/2 teaspoon) together.
Step 4
Then pour the wet mixture into dry mixture, mix well. Add in Chocolate Chips (to taste) and mix together.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into lined baking tins, sprinkle Brown Sugar (to taste) on top.
Step 6
Pop in preheated oven, bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 7
