Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl, mix Eggs (2), Coffee (10 tsp), Milk (10 tsp), and Vegetable Oil (1/3 cup) together, set aside.
3.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients, All-Purpose Flour (1 2/3 cups), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), and Baking Powder (2 tsp) together.
4.
Then pour the wet mixture into dry mixture, mix well. Add in Chocolate Chips (to taste) and mix together.
5.
Pour the mixture into lined baking tins, sprinkle Brown Sugar (to taste) on top.
6.
Pop in preheated oven, bake for 20-25 minutes.
7.
