Mix Ground Beef (10.5 oz), Egg (1), Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup), Garlic (1 Tbsp), Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), and Scallions (to taste) in a big bowl, season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Take out a small portion of meat, roll into balls then place on the rack on top of a baking tray.

Pop in the preheated oven, bake for about 20 minutes. Or you can pan-fry them too.

For the teriyaki sauce, add Soy Sauce (8 tsp), Granulated Sugar (2 tsp), Honey (1 Tbsp) and Water (2 Tbsp), (except corn starch), in a pan. Cook under medium heat until it boils.

Then add Corn Starch (2 tsp) mixed with some water, to thicken the sauce.
