Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix Ground Beef (300 gram), Egg (1), Breadcrumbs (30 gram), Garlic (1 tablespoon),Fresh Ginger (1 teaspoon), and Scallion (to taste) in a big bowl, season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Step 3
Take out a small portion of meat, roll into balls then place on the rack on top of a baking tray.
Step 4
Pop in the preheated oven, bake for about 20 minutes. Or you can pan-fry them too.
Step 5
For the teriyaki sauce, add Soy Sauce (40 milliliter), Granulated Sugar (2 teaspoon), Honey (1 tablespoon) and Water (30 milliliter), (except corn starch), in a pan. Cook under medium heat until it boils.
Step 6
Then add Corn Starch (2 teaspoon) mixed with some water, to thicken the sauce.
Step 7
Add all the meatballs into the pan and mix well. Enjoy!
