Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix
Ground Beef (10.5 oz)
,
Egg (1)
,
Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup)
,
Garlic (1 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Ginger (1 tsp)
, and
Scallions (to taste)
in a big bowl, season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Take out a small portion of meat, roll into balls then place on the rack on top of a baking tray.
Step 4
Pop in the preheated oven, bake for about 20 minutes. Or you can pan-fry them too.
Step 5
For the teriyaki sauce, add
Soy Sauce (2 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Honey (1 Tbsp)
and
Water (2 Tbsp)
, (except corn starch), in a pan. Cook under medium heat until it boils.
Step 6
Then add
Corn Starch (1/2 Tbsp)
mixed with some water, to thicken the sauce.
Step 7
Add all the meatballs into the pan and mix well. Enjoy!
