Korean Pan Fried Tofu

Tofu is very healthy, well everyone knows! They are cheap and very delicious! You can fry them, make soup, cook classic Chinese dish. This Korean style pan-fried tofu is so yummy, golden and crispy on the outside, soft in the inside. With the super simple but delicious sauce, seriously, I can eat the whole box of tofu!It is perfect to serve with plain rice or even for a snack with beer. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- Serves 4 +

1 box Tofu
to taste White Sesame Seeds
to taste Spring Onion
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes
Directions HIDE IMAGES
STEP 1
Cut the Tofu (1 box) into thick slices, pad dry well.
STEP 2
Add oil of choice in hot pan, then add in tofu, cook under medium heat until both sides are golden. (Each side take about 5-7 minutes)
STEP 3
In a bowl, mix Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon), Garlic (2 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon), Sesame Oil (1 teaspoon), and Korean Chili Flakes (1 teaspoon) together.
STEP 4
Drizzle the sauce on top of tofu, sprinkle some White Sesame Seeds (to taste) and Spring Onion (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
