This is one of my favourite Chinese homey dishes – pork chops in tomato sauce. Have vegetable and meat in it, with sour and sweet tomato sauce. You can cook it in 20 minutes, perfect to serve with plain rice and most importantly, it is perfect lunch box meal.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Use the back of the knife or meat hammer to tenderise the
Pork Chops (1.1 lb)
, and marinate with
Corn Starch (1 tsp)
,
Salt (1/4 tsp)
,
Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp)
, and
Granulated Sugar (1 tsp)
for 30 minutes.

Add oil in hot pan, pan-fry it until cooked, set aside.

Add little bit more oil, cook the
Onion (1)
. Then add
Tomatoes (3)
and some water, bring it to boil, season with salt, sugar, and
Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp)
.
4.
When the tomatoes are tender, add in pork chops and cook for further 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
