Use the back of the knife or meat hammer to tenderise the Pork Chops (1.1 lb), and marinate with Corn Starch (1 tsp), Salt (as needed), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), and Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) for 30 minutes.
