Use the back of the knife or meat hammer to tenderise the Pork Chop (500 gram), and marinate with Corn Starch (1 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon), and Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon) for 30 minutes.
Add oil in hot pan, pan-fry it until cooked, set aside.
Add little bit more oil, cook the Onion (1). Then add Tomato (3) and some water, bring it to boil, season with salt, sugar, and Tomato Paste (2 tablespoon).
When the tomatoes are tender, add in pork chops and cook for further 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
