Cut Chicken (400 gram) into small pieces, use Soy Sauce (to taste), Salt (to taste), and Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon) to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
Dip the chicken into beaten Egg (1), then coat with Corn Starch (to taste).
Fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden.
For the orange sauce : Add Orange Juice (100 milliliter), zest of an Orange (to taste), Distilled White Vinegar (1 tablespoon), sugar, Garlic (1 teaspoon), and Fresh Ginger (1 teaspoon) into a pan, cook under medium heat until boil.
Mix Water (30 milliliter), and Corn Starch (1 teaspoon) in a small bowl and add to the sauce until thickened.
Add in chicken into the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with White Sesame Seeds (to taste) and enjoy!
