Step 1
Cut Chicken (14 oz) into small pieces, use Soy Sauce (to taste) , Salt (to taste) , and Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Dip the chicken into beaten Egg (1) , then coat with Corn Starch (to taste) .
Step 3
Fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden.
Step 4
For the orange sauce : Add Orange Juice (1/3 cup) , zest of an Oranges (to taste) , Distilled White Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , sugar, Garlic (1 tsp) , and Fresh Ginger (1 tsp) into a pan, cook under medium heat until boil.
Step 5
Mix Water (2 Tbsp) , and Corn Starch (1 tsp) in a small bowl and add to the sauce until thickened.
Step 6
Add in chicken into the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with White Sesame Seeds (to taste) and enjoy!
