Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cut Chicken (400 gram) into small pieces, use Soy Sauce (to taste), Salt (to taste), and Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon) to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Dip the chicken into beaten Egg (1), then coat with Corn Starch (to taste).
Step 3
Fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden.
Step 4
For the orange sauce : Add Orange Juice (100 milliliter), zest of an Sunkist Orange (to taste), Distilled White Vinegar (1 tablespoon), sugar, Garlic (1 teaspoon), and Fresh Ginger (1 teaspoon) into a pan, cook under medium heat until boil.
Step 5
Mix Water (30 milliliter), and Corn Starch (1 teaspoon) in a small bowl and add to the sauce until thickened.
Step 6
Add in chicken into the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with White Sesame Seeds (to taste) and enjoy!
