Step 1
First of all melt the Butter (2 Tbsp) in the large cooking pot or saucepan over medium heat then add the Leeks (2 stalks) . Cook them for about five minutes stirring occasionally until softened.
Step 2
Add Carrots (5 2/3 cups) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , Aleppo Chili Flakes (1 pinch) , Bay Leaves (2) and Salt (1 pinch) and stir. Allow to cook for a couple of minutes, stirring often.
