Step 1
Stick Whole Clove (10) into the Sunkist Orange (2) and place into a large stockpot. Add Orange Juice (1 1/2 cup), Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup), Fresh Ginger (3 inch), Cinnamon Stick (5), Star Anise (2), Vanilla Bean Pod (1) and Bay Leaf (1) and bring it all to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 mins.
Step 2
After simmering, add 1 cup of Red Wine (2 bottle) and simmer for another 30 mins, until thick and syrupy.
