Stick Whole Cloves (10) into the Oranges (2) and place into a large stockpot. Add Oranges (6), Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup), Fresh Ginger (3 in), Cinnamon Sticks (5), Star Anise (2), Vanilla Bean Pod (1) and Bay Leaf (1) and bring it all to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 mins.

After simmering, add 1 cup of Red Wine (2 bottles) and simmer for another 30 mins, until thick and syrupy.
