Step 1
Stick Whole Cloves (10) into the Oranges (2) and place into a large stockpot. Add Orange Juice (1 1/2 cups) , Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup) , Fresh Ginger (3 in) , Cinnamon Sticks (5) , Star Anise (2) , Vanilla Bean Pod (1) and Bay Leaf (1) and bring it all to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 mins.
Step 2
After simmering, add 1 cup of Red Wine (2 bottles) and simmer for another 30 mins, until thick and syrupy.
