Carefully transfer Brie to round cast-iron pan or ovenproof dish. Top with Plum (1), Shallot (1), Garlic (1 clove), and Fresh Thyme (4 sprigs). Drizzle the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and Aged Balsamic Vinegar (2 Tbsp) evenly over the top. Season with Coarse Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp).
