Step 1
Start by microwaving your
Frozen Hash Brown Patty (1)
or cook it in your pan according to package directions.
Step 2
In a small pan, add
Olive Oil (as needed)
over medium heat. Once hot, pour in
Egg Replacer (1/2 bottle)
and sprinkle evenly with
Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Let cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Place your
Vegan Cheddar Cheese (1 slice)
in the center of the Just Egg in the pan. Place your hash brown in the center on top of the cheese, then sprinkle the
Black Olives (2 Tbsp)
evenly around the hashbrown and let cook for about 1-2 minutes until the bottom is lightly brown or cooked to your liking.
Step 4
Flip the omelet carefully to keep it fully intact and let cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes more.
