Clean and cut the Chicken (1.1 lb) to small pieces. Wash it well and drain off the water and keep aside.

Pour Coconut Oil (3 Tbsp) to a pan and add Onion (1) and saute till onion becomes soft. Then add Fresh Ginger (1), Garlic (4 cloves), Green Chili Peppers (2) and saute for a good 4 to 5 minutes in low flame.
