In a large bowl, add Whole Wheat Flour (2 cups), Water (to taste), Oil (1 Tbsp), Salt (to taste) and combine to make a smooth dough. Let it rest.

Pour Oil (1 Tbsp) to a pan and add the Fennel Seeds (as needed). Add Fresh Ginger (1) and Green Chili Peppers (2) saute for 2 minutes.

Then add Onion (1) and saute for 5 to 6 minutes.

Now add Ground Turmeric (as needed), Chili Powder (as needed), Garam Masala (as needed), and Salt (to taste). Saute until the raw smell of the spice powder is gone.

Now add the Ground Chicken (1 cup) and cook well. You can add chopped coriander leaves too if you desire.

Take small portions of dough, dust some flour on your rolling board and make small rotis. Keep little keema mixture in the roti.

Now fold it from all sides and make it a ball, again roll this and make the roti or you can make 2 rotis and place the filling on one roti and cover it with the other roti. Place the second roti on top and seal the edges and the slightly roll it again.

Heat a tawa and place the paratha. When one side is done flip and cook the other side. Brush a little butter or ghee on both sides and cook for a few more seconds. Serve and enjoy hot.
