When we go to Chateau, we order our favorite sandwich: the Cali Melt. They slather multigrain bread with their delicious honey mustard, pile it high with roasted turkey, avocado, and swiss cheese, and then cook the sandwich on the griddle until it’s crispy and the cheese is melty! It’s the best!

Whole Grain Bread (2 slices)
with a generous amount of
Honey Mustard (1 Tbsp)
Then, lay one
Provolone Cheese (2 slices)
on each piece of bread. Pile on your favorite
Turkey (2 oz)
. Top with the other slice of bread and begin preheating a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Butter (1 Tbsp)
in the skillet and add the sandwich to the pan. Cook the sandwich for about 2 minutes per side until it has a golden crust and the cheese is melty on the inside, adding more butter as needed.
