Cooking Instructions

Step 1
To make the pastry, dump All-Purpose Flour (250 gram), Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), and Salt (1 pinch) into a food processor & blitz until it becomes fine breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Add the Egg (1) with Water (1 tablespoon) and gradually pour it into the food processor whilst it’s still on. Stop when the pastry starts to clump together. If necessary, add a little more water.
