Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl whisk together 2% Reduced Fat Milk (2 cup), Large Egg (2), Brown Sugar (1/4 cup), Pure Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Allspice (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Ginger (1/4 teaspoon) and Ground Nutmeg (1/8 teaspoon).
Peel and core Granny Smith Apple (2), cut into 1/2-inch chunks, add to bowl.
Whisk in Large Flake Oats (2 cup) and Baking Powder (1 teaspoon). Stir in Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup) and Assorted Nuts (1/2 cup). Pour into a greased 9x9 or 7x11-inch baking dish.
Combine Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoon), All-Purpose Flour (2 tablespoon), Brown Sugar (2 tablespoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), Assorted Nuts (1/4 cup) until crumbly using a fork, pastry cutter or mini food processor. Sprinkle evenly over oatmeal.
Bake for 25-28 minutes until set and golden in color.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with milk, cream, or yogurt.
