Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Mix the Blue Cheese (1/4 cup), Mayonnaise (2 tablespoon) and Buffalo Sauce (2 tablespoon) in a small bowl. Buffalo sauce and mayonnaise don't always combine together easily. The trick is to slowly add the buffalo sauce and incorporate a little at a time to the other ingredients. Mix until consistent in color.
Step 2
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use on the burgers.
Step 3
Cut Celery (2 stalk) into bite-sized sticks. Refrigerate until ready to serve burgers.
Step 4
Preheat grill to 300-400 degrees F (150-200 degrees C).
Step 5
Divide 85/15 Lean Ground Beef (2 pound) into 4 portions and form into patties with hands. Use wax paper as surface to form patties. Start grilling burgers to your perfection.
Step 6
Meanwhile prepare Kaiser Roll (4). Add 1/4 of the buffalo aioli to each roll. Spread evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Step 7
When the burgers are just about done to your liking, add a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese (4 slice) to each patty. Close the lid on your grill and grill for another 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese slightly.
Step 8
Remove burgers and place on kaiser rolls.
Step 9
Top burgers with Pickled Jalapeño Pepper (1/2 cup). Garnish the plate with the sliced celery sticks.
