Mayonnaise (2 Tbsp)
Buffalo Sauce (2 Tbsp)
in a small bowl. Buffalo sauce and mayonnaise don't always combine together easily. The trick is to slowly add the buffalo sauce and incorporate a little at a time to the other ingredients. Mix until consistent in color.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use on the burgers.
Celery (2 stalks)
into bite-sized sticks. Refrigerate until ready to serve burgers.
Preheat grill to 300-400 degrees F (150-200 degrees C).
85/15 Lean Ground Beef (2 lb)
into 4 portions and form into patties with hands. Use wax paper as surface to form patties. Start grilling burgers to your perfection.
Kaiser Rolls (4)
. Add 1/4 of the buffalo aioli to each roll. Spread evenly with a spoon or spatula.
When the burgers are just about done to your liking, add a slice of
Pepper Jack Cheese (4 slices)
to each patty. Close the lid on your grill and grill for another 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese slightly.
Remove burgers and place on kaiser rolls.
Top burgers with
Pickled Jalapeño Peppers (1/2 cup)
. Garnish the plate with the sliced celery sticks.
