Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Line a sheet tray with a silicone mat. Combine the Cashew Nuts (1 cup), Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 Tbsp), Dried Parsley (as needed), Dried Basil (as needed) and Dried Tarragon (as needed) in a bowl and stir it all together well to make sure the cashews are coated.
