Cooking Instructions

Blend Almond Milk (1/2 cup) with Dates (3), Fresh Blueberries (1 handful), and Fresh Raspberries (2 handfuls).

Mix Chia Seeds (1 tsp) inside the smoothie. Let them soak in smoothie for about 15 minutes.

Serve the smoothie with blueberries, raspberries and Almonds (1 handful).
