Blend Almond Milk (1/2 cup) with Dates (3) , Fresh Blueberries (1 handful) , and Fresh Raspberries (2 handfuls) .
Step 2
Mix Chia Seeds (1 tsp) inside the smoothie. Let them soak in smoothie for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the smoothie with blueberries, raspberries and Almonds (1 handful) .
