Skillet Pasta with Spinach and Burrata

This skillet pasta is sure to be something you'll be talking about for months, if not years, to come! The melted burrata on top is key, but you can get as creative as you want to with this one-pot pasta dish and add your own touch!

Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
Cook your Pasta (4 cups) in boiling salted water to al dente, as directed on the box. Drain and then coat with Olive Oil. Return to the pot and toss with pasta sauce.
step 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
step 3
Place a large cast-iron skillet or oven-safe on the stove, over medium heat. Add Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (2 cloves). Sauté the garlic until golden, 2 to 3 minutes.
step 4
Add cooked pasta, Tomato Sauce (2 cups) and Spinach Leaves (2 cups) to the skillet. Stir to combine until spinach is wilted.
step 5
Top the pasta with Burrata Cheese (1/2 cup) and Fresh Basil Leaves (12).
step 6
Place in the oven to bake for 10 to 12 minutes, ideally until the cheese starts to bubble.
step 7
Serve warm with extra sauce and Parmesan Cheese (to taste) if desired. We also love to add a dash of red chili flakes on ours!
