In a food processor add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Caster Sugar (1/2 cup), Hazelnut Meal (1 cup), Almond Meal (1 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp), Ground Cloves (1 tsp) and Butter (1 1/2 cups). Turn on and process until a dough is formed.

Take the dough out of the food processor, wrap in some cling film and place it in a fridge for about 1 hour.

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Take out of the fridge and roll the dough out. Place into a tart tin (save some dough for the patterned top) and brush the sides with egg wash. Cover with baking paper and place baking weights to keep the dough from rising. Place into the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Place in Plum Jam (2 cups) and spread out evenly. Using extra dough, create a crisscross pattern then brush with egg wash.

Bake in the oven for another 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool.

Let cool slightly so the jam can set. Dust with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste). Slice and serve!
