Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cooking Instructions

Into pan over medium-high heat add the
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (1.1 lb)
.

Once cooked, take the Bacon out to separate from the fat. Strain the oil into a bowl.

Into a large pot add in the Bacon Fat and the
Popcorn Kernels (1 2/3 cups)
. Turn the heat to medium-high and wait for the corn to start popping.
4.
Serve on a large dish and grate over
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
while warm. Top with crispy bacon pieces. Enjoy!
Author's Notes
Use fatty bacon as you will use the rendered fat to cook the popcorn.
