In a saucepan over medium-high heat add in Sweetened Condensed Milk (395 gram) and Thickened Cream (1/3 cup). Mix together and stir for 5-6 minutes until it starts to turn a nice golden color.
In a food processor blitz the Chocolate Cookies (250 gram) to crush them til they are a near sand consitency.
Add the Butter (7 tablespoon) to the crumb mixture and combine.
Place crumbs into a square baking dish lined with baking paper. Press down and flatten the crumbs.
Pour over the cool condensed milk mixture and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Melt the Milk Chocolate (200 gram). Leave to cool slightly and spread over the top of the condensed milk.
Place in the fridge for 1 more hour. Slice, serve and enjoy!
