Step 1
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/4 cups)
and
Thickened Cream (1/3 cup)
. Mix together and stir for 5-6 minutes until it starts to turn a nice golden color.
Step 2
In a food processor, blitz the
Chocolate Cookies (9 oz)
to crush them till they are a near sand consitency.
Step 3
Add the
Butter (1/2 cup)
to the crumb mixture and combine.
Step 4
Place crumbs into a square baking dish lined with baking paper. Press down and flatten the crumbs.
Step 5
Pour over the cool condensed milk mixture and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 6
Melt the
Milk Chocolate (1 cup)
. Leave to cool slightly and spread over the top of the condensed milk.
Step 7
Place in the fridge for 1 more hour. Slice, serve and enjoy!
