Steam the Sweet Corn (3 ears) in a microwave oven or on the stovetop in a covered dish with water for about 6 minutes or until tender. Cool with water, cut from cobs, and set aside.

Make Whole Wheat Couscous (1 cup) according to package directions.

In a salad bowl, add couscous, corn, English Cucumber (1), Cherry Tomato (1 pckg), Red Onion (1/2) and mix all together​.

In separate bowl, stir Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp).

Add dressing to salad bowl and mix well.
