Steam the Sweet Corn (3 ear) in the Panasonic Microwave Oven or on the stovetop in a covered dish with water about 6 minutes or until tender. Cool with water, cut from cobs, and set aside.
Make Whole Wheat Couscous (1 cup) according to package directions.
In a salad bowl, add couscous, corn, English Cucumber (1), Cherry Tomato (1 package), Red Onion (1/2) and mix all together.
In separate bowl, stir Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Lemon Juice (3 tablespoon), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
Add dressing to salad bowl and mix well.
Add Fresh Parsley (to taste) and mix. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
