Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add the Chickpeas (1 can), Fresh Cilantro (1/3 cup), Jalapeño Pepper (1), juice of the Lime (1), Garlic (3 clove), Avocado (1/2) and Tahini (2 tablespoon) to a food processor. Process until the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture just starts to pull away from the sides of the processor.
Step 2
Slowly stream in the Olive Oil (3 tablespoon) and process until smooth. Add the Ground Cumin (1 1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1 teaspoon) and Garlic Salt (1 teaspoon) and pulse a few more times to fully combine. Add extra seasonings to taste if necessary.
Step 3
Remove from the food processor to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper (to taste). Serve with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks and enjoy!
