Step 1
Add the
Chickpeas (1 can)
,
Fresh Cilantro (1/3 cup)
,
Jalapeño Pepper (1)
, juice of the
Lime (1)
,
Garlic (3 cloves)
,
Avocado (1/2)
and
Tahini (2 Tbsp)
to a food processor. Process until the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture just starts to pull away from the sides of the processor.
Step 2
Slowly stream in the
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
and process until smooth. Add the
Ground Cumin (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (1 tsp)
and
Garlic Salt (1 tsp)
and pulse a few more times to fully combine. Add extra seasonings to taste if necessary.
Step 3
Remove from the food processor to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks and enjoy!
