Mix Almond Milk (1 tablespoon), Tahini (2 teaspoon), Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1 teaspoon), and Sriracha (1 teaspoon) together for tahini sauce and set aside.
Spread Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus (1/2 cup) on Whole Wheat Pita Bread (2). Mix Canned Chickpeas (1/2 cup) with Paprika (1/2 teaspoon) and add to pitas.
Cut Scallion (2 stalk) the length of the pita. Add to pitas with Red Cabbage (1/2 cup).
Top with tahini sauce. Enjoy!
