Mix Almond Milk (1 Tbsp) , Tahini (1/2 Tbsp) , Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1 tsp) , and Sriracha (1 tsp) together for tahini sauce and set aside.
Step 2
Spread Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus (1/2 cup) on Whole Wheat Pita Bread (2) . Mix Canned Chickpeas (1/2 cup) with Paprika (1/2 tsp) and add to pitas.
Step 3
Cut Scallions (2 stalks) the length of the pita. Add to pitas with Red Cabbage (1/2 cup) .
Step 4
Top with tahini sauce. Enjoy!
