Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions
1.
In a covered pan or wok over medium heat, steam Broccoli (2 cups), Cauliflower (2 cups), Frozen Corn Kernels (1 cup) and Carrot (1) with a few splashes of water until cooked, stirring occasionally.

Add Grapeseed Oil (as needed) to the pan with Vegan Ground Beef (1 pckg) and Brown Mushrooms (2 cups). Mix all together and cook for about 5 more minutes.
3.
Add Pasta (12 oz) to the veggie mix.
4.
Heat Soy Sauce (1/2 cup) and Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp) in a microwave oven for 45 seconds and stir.
5.
Pour over pasta and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
