Cooking Instructions

Cook the
Sweet Potato (1)
in the Panasonic Microwave Oven in a covered casserole dish with 2 inches of water for 6 minutes until soft. Drain and cool slightly before adding to the salad.
2.
Mix
Canola Oil (1/3 cup)
,
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
,
Lemon Juice (3 Tbsp)
,
Minced Dried Onion (1 tsp)
,
Honey Mustard (1 tsp)
,
Poppy Seeds (1 Tbsp)
, and
Salt (1/4 tsp)
and set aside.
3.
Add
Fresh Spinach (1 pckg)
to a large bowl or platter. Add
Fresh Strawberries (2 cups)
,
Fried Onions (1 cup)
,
Craisins® Dried Cranberries (1/4 cup)
, and
Walnuts (1/4 cup)
. Stir dressing and add just before serving. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
