in a microwave-safe dish. Heat in a microwave oven for 45 seconds and stir well.
Cut tofu into cubes, then add to wok or pan with
Grapeseed Oil (as needed)
and cook on medium-high until tofu is desired texture.
Add 1/2 of the sauce and continue to cook. Add
Bell Pepper (1)
Scallions (4 stalks)
and stir well.
Pappardelle Pasta (6)
to tofu and veggies. Stir sauce again and drizzle over the noodles mixture and stir well. Enjoy!
