Step 1
Cut
Extra Firm Tofu (1 block)
into 3 sections lengthwise and press each piece with paper towels to remove excess liquid.
Step 2
Mix
Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)
,
Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp)
, and
Garlic (1/2 Tbsp)
in a microwave-safe dish. Heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 45 seconds and stir well.
Step 3
Cut tofu into cubes, then add to wok or pan with
Grapeseed Oil (as needed)
and cook on medium-high until tofu is desired texture.
Step 4
Add 1/2 of the sauce and continue to cook. Add
Bell Pepper (1)
and
Scallions (4 stalks)
and stir well.
Step 5
Add
Pappardelle Pasta (6)
to tofu and veggies. Stir sauce again and drizzle over the noodles mixture and stir well. Enjoy!
