Cooking Instructions
1.
Cook the
Sweet Potato (1)
in covered casserole dish in 1-2 inches of water for 5-6 minutes in the Panasonic Microwave Oven.
2.
Slice
Field Roast® Italian Sausages (3)
into 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch pieces.
3.
Toss in wok with
Grapeseed Oil (1 Tbsp)
and
Brown Mushrooms (1 cup)
. Cook over medium-high heat until golden, stirring frequently.
4.
Add
Pasta (7 oz)
, sweet potatoes,
Fresh Spinach (1 cup)
, and
Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil (1/3 cup)
to wok. Add
Grapeseed Oil (1 Tbsp)
and stir evenly.
5.
Add
Greek Seasoning (1/2 tsp)
or salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
