Cooking Instructions
1.
Cook the Sweet Potato (1) in a covered casserole dish in 1-2 inches of water for 5-6 minutes in a microwave oven.

Slice Vegetarian Sausage (3) into 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch pieces.

Toss in wok with Grapeseed Oil (1 Tbsp) and Brown Mushrooms (1 cup). Cook over medium-high heat until golden, stirring frequently.
4.
Add Pasta (7 oz), sweet potatoes, Fresh Spinach (1 cup), and Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil (1/3 cup) to wok. Add Grapeseed Oil (1 Tbsp) and stir evenly.
5.
Add Greek Seasoning (1/2 tsp) or salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!
