Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
In saucepan, combine Almond Milk (4 cups) Unbleached All Purpose Flour (1/3 cup) , Buttery Spread (1/4 cup) , Brown Mushrooms (1 pckg) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Stir until thick, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add sauce, Trader Joe's® Beef-less Ground Beef (1 pckg) , Celery (2 cups) , White Onion (1) , Brown Rice (1 cup) , Soy Sauce (1/3 cup) , and Almond Milk (1 cup) to 9x13-inch pan and mix evenly.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour.
Step 5
Top with Crunchy Rice Noodles (1 can) and Scallions (4 stalks) . Enjoy!
