Cooking Instructions
1.
Add Baby Arugula (1 pckg) to a large metal mixing bowl. Drizzle evenly with Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and juice from Lemon (1) and sprinkle with Sea Salt (1 tsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Toss until combined.

Transfer to a serving dish or salad bowl and then sprinkle with Feta Cheese (4 Tbsp) and Kalamata Olives (1/2 cup). Serve and immediately!
