Step 1
Add Baby Arugula (1 pckg) to a large metal mixing bowl. Drizzle evenly with Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and Lemon Juice (2 Tbsp) , and sprinkle with Sea Salt (1 tsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) . Toss until combined.
Step 2
Transfer to a serving dish or salad bowl and then sprinkle with Feta Cheese (1/4 cup) and Kalamata Olives (1/2 cup) . Serve and immediately!
