In a large bowl place in Cheerios® (2 1/2 cup), Unsalted Peanuts (1/2 cup) and Raisins (1/2 cup). Combine the ingredients and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add Honey (1 cup), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon) and Creamy Peanut Butter (1/2 cup). Keep stiring for 2-3 minutes but do not let it burn. Turn heat off.
Pour the honey mixture over the cheerio mix and stir through really well. Place into a square cake tin lined with baking paper.
Melt the Milk Chocolate (1 cup) in the microwave being careful not to burn it. Pour over the top of the cheerio mix and spread evenly.
Place into the fridge for 1-2 hours to set. Slice, serve and enjoy!
