Cooking Instructions

Combine Cherry Tomatoes (1 1/3 cups), Scallions (1/3 cup), Red Onions (2 Tbsp), Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (1 Tbsp), Capers (1 Tbsp), Fresh Oregano (1/2 Tbsp), Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Lemon Juice (to taste), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a medium size bowl and stir to combine.
