Combine Cherry Tomato (7 ounce), Scallion (1/3 cup), Red Onion (2 tablespoon), Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (1 tablespoon), Capers (1 tablespoon), Fresh Oregano (2 teaspoon), Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Lemon Juice (to taste) and Salt and Pepper (to taste) in a medium size bowl and stir to combine.
