Lightly spray Spray Butter (as needed) over a large skillet. Make sure your pan is exceptionally big - not a huge pan, but no too small where all of the egg whites aren't cooking.

Heat the stove over medium-low, and let the pan of butter heat up for about 2 minutes. During that time, go ahead and dice the Ham (4 slices).

After pan has heated up, pour the whites of the Eggs (4) into the pan.

When the egg is not a pure liquid anymore, and begins to form an omelet, add the ham onto one side. Then add the Shredded Cheddar Cheese (4 Tbsp) on top of the ham. Make sure the meat and cheese are not bunched up too much on one side.

When you have put your meat and cheese out on to one side of the omelet, take your spatula and flip the other side of the omelet to fold it over onto itself. Let it cook there for a few seconds to a miunte to let the cheese melt.

When it is cooked to your liking, simply slide it off the pan onto your plate and enjoy warm.
